Chef Rohit Singh's journey began in the kitchens of India's finest five-star hotels, where a chance encounter with fresh Italian truffles changed everything. Realising that India's gourmet chefs lacked access to fresh, authentic Italian truffles and premium caviar, he set out to build a direct supply chain.
After two years of building relationships with truffle hunters and producers in Umbria, Périgord and Alba, Rosi Tartufi was born in 2017 — with a single mission: to bring the real taste of Italy to India's finest kitchens.
